The core bubble profile of the product offers great thermal benefits, this is achieved by trapping air within the small bubble pockets of the product.

The outer aluminium foil layers increase the overall thermal performance of the product, this is due to its high reflectiveness.

Installation

Simply roll the insulation across the rafters or joists, staples into place (using minimum 14mm staples), overlap the material by 50mm, tape and seal all overlaps and perimeter of the product using ThermaWrap Foil Tape. To finish either apply 25mm horizontal battens and plasterboard or leave the insulation exposed in areas that do not require an internal finish.

Walls

Installation

Timber frame – Simply roll the insulation across the vertical timber stud, staples into place (using minimum 14mm staples), overlap the material by 50mm, tape and seal all overlaps and perimeter of the product using ThermaWrap Foil Tape. To finish either apply 25mm horizontal battens and plasterboard or leave the insulation exposed in areas that do not require an internal finish.

Masonry – Simply apply 25mm vertical timber battens, roll the insulation across the battens, staples into place (using minimum 14mm staples), overlap the material by 50mm, tape and seal all overlaps and perimeter of the product using ThermaWrap Foil Tape. To finish either apply 25mm horizontal battens and plasterboard or leave the insulation exposed in areas that do not require an internal finish.

Floors

To finish apply your desired floor finish (floorboards, etc)
