ThermaWrap reflective aluminium foil bubble pipe insulation for pipes and ducts prevents heat loss and freezing. It works by reflecting radiant heat back into the space, helping to maintain the temperature of the pipes or ducting.

The core bubble profile of the product offers great thermal benefits – this is achieved by trapping air within the small bubble pockets of the product.

The outer aluminium foil layers increase the overall thermal performance of the product – this is due to its high reflectiveness.

Lightweight, flexible and easy to install – fits through tight gaps and round bends easily.

R-Value up to 0.8 m²K/W, equivalent to 35mm of mineral fibre insulation

Installation

Simply apply the spiral pipe wrap insulation directly to the pipe work or ducting, starting at one end, secure the wrap in place using a suitable adhesive tape, wrap the insulation around the pipe work or ducting, overlapping the materials as you progress, finish by securing the wrap at the end using a suitable adhesive tape.

For applications where a complete seal may be required, finish by applying ThermaWrap Foil Tape.
